Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt technical assistance and support for any technical issues and requests
  • Install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware
  • Maintain essential operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, PC’s, local and wide area networking both hardware and software and mid-range server hardware
  • Under minimal supervision, respond to, research, and resolve issues with internal applications
  • Provide exceptional application support to the organization
  • Analyze external industry-level data and information to identify business opportunities
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
  • Manage a workload with changing priorities and demands
  • Provide prompt technical assistance and support for any technical issues and requests related to the warehouse operations
  • Create workflows to ease processes in various programs
  • Provides financial input
  • Other duties as assigned

Prefered

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, HTML, CSS, JS, and web publishing software
