Requirements

Mechanically inclined
Able to take directions for plumbing work to be done and perform tasks with limited supervision
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
Strong leadership and communication and time management skills
Flexibility with extended work hours if required, including weekends
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work well in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
You are able to lift objects that weigh up to 50 pounds, if required to lift more than 50 pounds
Employees must ensure a buddy system, climb a ladder, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist

Responsibilities

Utilize manual and automated equipment to meet prototype manufacturing work requirements
Follows travelers, work instructions and procedures for all work performed
Maintain and develop assembly processes
Conduct and oversee in-process inspections, data analysis, and documentation
Contribute to manufacturing troubleshooting and hardware rework
Document and report promptly any nonconforming events from manufacturing
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Recommend process improvements or changes as required for new designs and product optimization
Follow all work and safety policies
Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Cooperate with supervision and co-workers.
