Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCad, Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications

Responsibilities

  • Measure project sites and document existing conditions
  • Assist the Architecture team to generate SketchUp models to accurately convey existing conditions
  • Assist the Architecture team to produce, update and maintain Revit 3D models or AutoCad files from fully developed SketchUp models
  • Develop Revit library, project templates and custom Revit families
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Interior Design departments to assist in developing construction documentation and details for projects
  • Gather information on architectural systems for modular construction
  • Shadow Principal Designer on visits to fabrication facilities, project site visits and client meetings
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
